DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer two options for shipping: USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Orders will be processed within 1-2 days after payment is received. Please contact us directly with any additional questions regarding shipping options. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time but please contact us here to be notified once international shipping is added.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

SUNDAYS will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. All bandanas must be unworn, without damage, and stain free. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. All bandanas purchased during a sale of 20% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned. If you wish to exchange for a different pattern or size we can accommodate your request only if inventory is available.

A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Customer will be responsible for return/exchange shipping, with the exception that the bandana they received was defective or the incorrect style/size, in which case they should include that information in their email to sundaysthebrand@gmail.com and we will provide a return label.
 
DOMESTIC RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:

  • Contact sundaysthebrand@gmail.com to let us know you’d like to make a return or exchange.

  • Include your email associated with the order and order number.

  • If your return is eligible, SUNDAYS will email you a prepaid shipping label (if the product received was damaged or incorrect from your original order), otherwise you can print your own from USPS.com or purchase one at your local post office.

  • Include invoice and unworn, stain free products in package of choice.

  • Attach your label to the package, addressed to the return address listed.

  • Drop off at the appropriate shipping center.
